Load-In - The Anderson Student Center opens at 8 a.m. (Building #27 on this map). The loading dock is on the east side of Cretin Avenue. You may not park at the dock, but volunteers will be assigned to look after your unloaded items while you park your vehicle. There will be a schedule created for vendor load-in times to prevent congestion at the loading dock. There is also a drop-off entrance (no parking) on the same side of the loading dock for smaller unloading purposes. Symposium volunteers will assist you.
Parking - The Anderson Parking Facility located at the corner of Cretin Ave. and Grand Ave. has 700 spaces. (See hours and rates). Vehicles with attached trailers are prohibited from parking on campus at all times. Overnight parking for vendors exclusively will be available in Lot V, however this is an open lot (overnight parking in ramps and underground garages is prohibited).
Security - You will be issued a vendor ID to verify your status to campus security personnel. Symposium volunteers will be assigned to vendors to assist in watching over load-in and load-out, escorting potential buyers to tryout rooms, etc. The building is locked down from 11 p.m.-7 a.m. The doors to the Vendor area will be locked when Symposium activities end for each day.
