She has provided leadership and service to the University of St. Thomas in curriculum redesign and review, diversity strategy and planning, search/hiring for deans, department chairs and faculty, faculty governance, and student practicum and dissertation supervision. Dr. Hart is enthusiastic about forging collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, organizational leaders, and consultants who have a drive to advance their learning and practice through new knowledge, innovative approaches, and expert guidance.
