This professional development event, sponsored by the department of Organization Learning & Development, features two presenters: Kevin Wilde, V.P. of Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Learning Officer, General Mills, speaking on “Inspiring Great Today: Learning the New Steps of Change Leadership” and Karalyn Smith, Senior Director of Organization Development & Change, Best Buy Company, on the topic of “Building an Organization OD Capability in a Turbulent Business Environment”. Students, alumni and members of the Twin Cities professional community are welcome to attend this no-cost event.
