Scholarships

Each semester, Catholic Studies undergraduate majors and minors are invited to apply for several different competitive scholarships for the following semester, including the David and Barbara Koch Scholarship, John Nemo Memorial Scholarship and Raih Family Scholarship.

Scholarships awards are typically between $1000 and $2000.

To be considered for the scholarships, you must be a registered student at the University of St. Thomas who is pursuing a major or minor in Catholic Studies and submit a completed application.  Students will be notified each semester when the applications are available.  Qualifications for some of the scholarships also include, but are not limited to, exhibited financial need.

Additional competitive scholarships are available for Catholic Studies students during the semester(s) they study in Rome.

Prospective and current students who meet the appropriate qualifications may also apply for the Latino Leadership Scholarship, funded through the Lilly Endowment Project at St. Thomas.
