The following courses taught at the University of St. Thomas engage topics relating to Catholic-Orthodox dialogue. 

  • Orthodoxy and Catholicism in Ukraine  

    Addresses the distinction between the Byzantine and Roman rites of the Catholic Church of the CatholicChurch as well as challenges facing the Church in contemporary Ukraine.

  • Early Christian Theology

    The course is an invitation to enter imaginatively into the modes of piety, patterns of thought and styles of practice that shaped Christianity from its beginnings up to the fifth century.

  • Patristics
    This course serves as an introduction to the literature and themes of the patristic period, from the first to the seventh centuries.
