Effective December 20, 2007, the University of St. Thomas Career Development Center no longer accepts postings from private families/individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, personal care assistants, house cleaning, nannies, tutors, and pet care. This is a precaution not only for the safety of our students, but also for the children and families we serve. More info
The job and internship posting site is a free service provided by the University of St. Thomas Career Development Center. Positions posted to this site are viewable by the public including alumni and students of UST, other universities and the general public. The Career Development Center may remove any posting without notice. Current postings, and employer contact information contained within the posting, will be displayed on the public site until removed by the employer, career center, or automatically upon reaching the application end date.
Users of this site agree to not communicate, send, or place unsolicited e-mail, telephone calls, mailings or other contacts to employers posting employment opportunities to this site.
The Career Development Center retains all postings and employer contact information in an administrative database for up to two years.
Employers will have the ability to designate their company as a foreign recruiter, staffing agency, or private individual. With the exception of those designating themselves as private individuals, the Career Development Center may occasionally use contact information to identify possible employers interested in participating in employer outreach programs such as, but not limited to On-Campus Interviewing, panel discussions, and classroom presentations. Employer contact information will not be sold, rented, or released outside the university.
Employers creating an account agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by the Career Development Center relating to the job and internship posting service. Please note that special guidelines affect the way foreign recruiting and staffing agencies may use the site.
The Career Development Center reserves the right to remove from this site, sometimes without notice, positions that are out of date, vague in description, posted by 3rd party or foreign recruiters that have not followed special 3rd party and foreign recruiter guidelines, and postings that conflict with center or university guidelines and policies.
An employer's use of this site is deemed to be their consent to comply with these guidelines. If you have comments or questions please direct your inquiry to our contact page.
