The information in this report covers students who graduated during the calendar year 2002. The University's Office of Institutional Research included questions about post-graduation status as part of their "Survey of Graduates-One Year Follow-Up," to May and July 2002 graduates a year after graduation. Our office was provided with the results of the initial mailing, and followed with a survey mailed to December 2002 graduates, as well as to those May and July 2002 graduates who had not responded to the Institutional Research survey. Graduates responded either by mail or electronically through a Web-based form.

The actual number of students graduating in 2002 was 1,103. Through the combined surveys of IR and CDC, the information was gathered on 446 students. This reflects a 40.4% response rate. Of those surveyed, 99 students indicated that they graduated with double majors. Those students have been counted in both major groups, which accounts for the total of 545 for "number of responses."
