Create/Modify Your Auto Searches
Use your full UST E-mail address as your username and your network password as your password. If you are in a UST lab you will automatically be logged in.

What is it?
Members of the St. Thomas community have the ability to receive automatic notifications via their UST E-mail about potential job and internship opportunities posted to our site.
How does it work?
Users may set up their own search frequency either by setting it to run every x number of days or on certain days of the week (Monday and/or Thursday, for example). Based on this frequency, the system will send a list of recent postings matching the search criteria in a single E-mail. The postings will be displayed in the E-mail similarly to a normal job and internship search result page. Users can save up to 5 searches.
Who can use it?
The automatic job and internship site notification may be used by students, faculty, staff, and recent alumni... basically anyone who has a current UST E-mail address! Staff or faculty members who wish to use a UST departmental E-mail account (without a password) should contact the Career Development Center to set up an automatic search.
