For password help, check the help links above or to the right.

Alumni who do not have an account may contact the Career Center.

Law and Graduate Business Students and Alumni

Law and Graduate Business students and alumni should contact their designated career center.

For Professionals/Career Contacts

Once you have your username and password, you may log into the Career Information Network (formerly the Mentorship Program) above.

On-Campus Interviewing

On-Campus Interviewing generates the most traffic in the system during the fall and spring months. Each semester approximately 1,500 resumes are sent to employers resulting in around 500 interviews on campus.

Before undergraduate students may participate in On-Campus Interviewing they must first attend or complete an orientation session.

Visit the On-Campus Interviewing page for more information.

Resume Books

Resume Books allow students to publish an electronic version of their resume online so that select employers may browse and then contact students they are interested in for a job or internship position. Students may publish their resumes according to their career interests:

  • Accounting
  • Actuarial
  • Communications
  • Engineering
  • General Business
  • Information Technology/Sciences
  • Social Services/Nonprofit/Government
  • Staffing Agencies
While only employers with positions appropriate for UST students will have access to resume, the Career Development Center has no control over which companies may contact you.

Students wishing to publish their resume should log into eRecruiting and upload a resume. Then choose "Publish Resume" from the Document menu. For additional details about publishing a resume, log into our Blackboard community to download instructions.

Career Information Network

Students may perform searches under the Mentorship link to find professionals willing to take time to answer questions about their career choices. These informational interviews can provide students with insight into possible careers.

Visit the Career Information Network Web page for more information.

The Experience Alumni Network

St. Thomas alumni are provided access to the Experience Alumni Network where they can post their resume, search a nationwide database of jobs, and network with other alumni who are seeking a career change.

Alumni may visit alumni.experience.com for more information.
