Conduct Interviews on campus

Organizations that can anticipate hiring needs in advance find it convenient to come to campus to conduct multiple initial screening interviews. Generally, employers with internship opportunities recruit sophomores and juniors (sometimes seniors), and organizations with full-time career positions interview seniors and students who graduated the prior term.

Fall Recruiting: Call during the summer months for interview dates that run from the end of September through early November.

Spring Recruiting: Call in December and January to establish visit dates for interviews that take place generally from March 1st through April.

UST has an easy, online system to manage our on-campus interviewing program. Through the eRecruiting system, employers are able to post positions*, view applications, communicate selection decisions directly to students, and view interview schedules. See Instructions and Tips to Streamline On-Campus Interviewing.

If interested in scheduling an on-campus interview date(s), please contact Jennifer Rogers at (651) 962-6762

* Note: Available positions that are not going to involve an on-campus interview are posted to a separate Web site (www.stthomas.edu/careerdevelopment/post). We apologize for any inconvenience.

Access student resumes

The Career Development Center makes available resumes of undergraduate students. Most of these students are seeking either internships or a full-time, post-graduation position.

To access these resumes, either call Jennifer Rogers at (651) 962-6762 or complete the Resume Book Request form. Positions are screened for appropriateness to our student population. Once approved, instructions will be sent to you with the Web address to access these resumes online.
