Get or Replace a Tommie ID Card

Students

Incoming students attending an Orientation Session will obtain their UST Tommie ID Card at some point during their session.

Outside of Orientation Sessions, registered students can obtain a Tommie ID Card by visiting the Card Office in St. Paul or its satellite location in Minneapolis.  A government issued photo ID, such as a Driver's License, State ID, or passport, will be required to sit for the photo and obtain the Tommie ID Card.

Faculty and Staff

Currently employed faculty and staff can obtain a Tommie ID card by visiting the Card Office in St. Paul or its satellite location in Minneapolis.  A government photo ID, such as a Driver's License, State ID, or passport, will be required to sit for the photo and obtain the Tommie ID Card.

Replacement Cards (All)

In the event that a UST Tommie ID Card is lost or stolen, immediately report the loss to the St. Paul Card Office (651-962-6069) and/or Public Safety (651-962-5100).  The card will be invalidated to prevent unauthorized use.  There is a $15 fee for replacement cards.

Should a Tommie ID Card stop working, contact the Card Office for assistance in identifying the problem.  If it is determined the issue is a result of card wear or damage during normal use, simply turn in the damaged card to the Card Office and it will be replaced at no cost.  However, for cards damaged outside the normal course of use (due to lack of care, altering, etc...) there will be a $15 fee for replacement.
