What is GET Funds for the Tommie eXpress Card?

GET Funds is a website that allows Tommie eXpress account holders to manage their eXpress account.  Not only does it offer the ability to deposit funds to an eXpress account 24/7; it also provides relevant information about account balances, transctions, and spending history.

I'm a student - how do I deposit funds to my Tommie eXpress account using GET Funds?

Simple!  Just log into get.cbord.com/stthomas using your UST username  and password from any computer or mobile device with internet access.  Select the "Add Funds" option > next select the amount and type of deposit (either charge to a credit card or to your student tuition account) > and then enter the credit card information if applicable.

I'm a parent - how do I add funds to my student's eXpress account?

If you received an email with a link from the GET Funds system:

Simply click on the link; you will be taken to the credit card deposit screen in GET Funds for your student. > Select the Plan (there is only one option) and amount ($50 minimum.) > Enter your credit card data and email address. > Confirm the purchase and you are done!

If you are not using an emailed link, but instead are entering through the online portal:

First things first - be sure you know your student's UST ID number (and last name.)  Once you have those two bits of data, visit get.cbord.com/stthomas. > On the right side of the site under "Parents, Guardians or Other Relatives:" select the link that states "Click Here to Deposit into a Student's Account." > Enter the student ID and last name in the fields as requested. >  Select the Plan (there is only one option) and amount ($50 minimum.) > Enter your credit card data and email address. > Confirm the purchase and you are done!

I'm a faculty/staff member - how do I add funds to my Tommie eXpress account using GET Funds?

Simple!  Just log into get.cbord.com/stthomas using your UST username and password from any computer or mobile device with internet access.  Select the "Add Funds" option > next select the amount and type of you deposit (staff bonus) > and then enter the credit card data and email > once you confirm the purchase you are done!

Which credit cards are accepted by GET Funds?

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners are all accepted.

Is there a fee to use GET Funds?

Yes and no.  All credit card transactions will be charged a $1.50 convenience fee.  However, students choosing to add funds by charging their student account via Bill Me will not incur a fee.

How long does it take before I can use my funds?

Funds are available for immediate use once the transaction is approved and complete.

Will I get a bonus if I use GET Funds?

Deposits of $50 or more paid by credit card will continue to receive a bonus.  Deposits charged to the student account via Bill Me will not be eligible for bonus amounts.
