On the face of the card is a photo of you along with your name, status and your UST ID number. On the back of the card are your library bar code and a magnetic strip that contains your UST ID number and other confidential information required to authorize your access and transactions.
All UST registered students, faculty and staff must have a Tommie eXpress Card to access buildings, check out library materials, use public computer labs, access the athletic facilities and ride the intercampus shuttle. Meal plans are stored on your Tommie eXpress card as well as some departments use the card to punch in and out while working on campus. A Tommie eXpress Card is also needed to purchase a parking permit, cash checks and carry out other business on campus. Everything is on the same card.
If you attend Orientation, your orientation leader will hand them out at the end of your session. All other registered students and staff get them at the time their photos are taken. You can get your UST Tommie Card on the St. Paul campus, at the Card Office is located in room 259, MHC.
