Operational Support Group

If your event has many logistics, detailed needs or is large and may impact the campus; we recommend that you attend a OSG meeting. 

OSG stands for the Operational Support Group and has representatives from IRT, Public Safety, Physical Plant, Catering, Athletics and Scheduling Services. OSG meets weekly on Tuesdays from 1:30 - 2:30 pm. 

These meetings provide you with a great opportunity to review your entire event and its needs with all the operation groups at one meeting to ensure that all your needs are requested properly, scheduled with the operational group supporting and in compliance with both the university's and city policies and ordinances.
