For Occupational Groups

If your event has many logistics or detailed needs, we recommend that you attend a SPOG meeting. 

SPOG stands for the St Paul Operations Group and has representatives from IRT, Public Safety, Physical Plant, Catering, Athletics and Scheduling Services. They meet weekly on Tuesdays from 1:30 - 2:30 pm. 

These meetings provide you with a great opportunity to review your entire event and its needs with all the operation groups at one time to ensure that all your needs are met and in compliance with both the university's and city policies and ordinances.
