VIA - How Can I Apply?

Applications are to be turned in to the front desk at the Campus Ministry Office (ASC 207).

There are three ways to apply:
1. Pick up an application in the Campus Ministry Office
2. Pick up an application at our table at the Spring Activities Fair (date TBD).
3. Click on the links below to find the application of your choice to print out and fill out
