Spiritual Direction
In nearly every religious tradition, spiritual mentors and guides have served women and men in their spiritual quest. This is particularly true for those in the Christian community as well. The purpose and intent of spiritual direction is to offer a place for individuals to discern the work of God in their lives and to integrate more fully the many aspects of life.
