Faculty and Staff Personal Mail Policies

Sending and Receiving Personal Mail at St. Thomas

Receiving personal mail and packages at St. Thomas is reserved for registered students. The St. Thomas address is each student’s home address while attending school.

University policy does not allow Faculty and Staff to receive personal mail and packages at St. Thomas. Receiving mail and packages at St. Thomas is reserved for University business only.

Sending Personal Mail

Campus Mail Services will pick-up from regular mail drops stamped personal mail. Personal mail may not be charged to a university budget, should have appropriate postage applied, and be sealed shut.

Customers using USPS, UPS or Federal Express are not allowed to bill items to their department account for later reimbursement. Cash or Personal Check is welcome for these services. Federal Express purchases can be made with credit cards as well.

Types of NON-UST mail

Victoria Secret, Chadwick’s, Ltd Commodities, QVC, Lands End

BMG, Columbia House, Spiegel, Netflix, Cabela's, Amazon, etc.

Mail for spouses is prohibited.
