On-line Journal Voucher Form

Paper submissions of journal entries are no longer accepted.  All data entry submissions must be made electronically using the standardized form available on the Business Office website.  Create your Finance entries using this Microsoft EXCEL form and send the form as an e-mail attachment to "Business Office Journal Entries" which can be found in your Outlook Global Address Book.

The use of standardized electronic forms will reduce the number of errors related to manual "adding" of figures, which will improve our data entry efficiency and save valuable time currently spent correcting these types of problems.  Furthermore, by sending your data entry requests to us electronically we will be able to eliminate the lag time resulting from the intercampus mailing of these forms.
