Winning with Integrity is an annual conversation on topics in sports, ethics and principled leadership. The program features speakers and panelists with important insights for organizations as they strive to develop future leaders and overcome organizational and ethical challenges. This series emerges from issues reverberating across the world of sports with questions about ethics and leadership that have implications for all kinds of organizations. Speakers and panelists highlight lessons learned through the lens of sports and the business of sports, lessons from victory and defeat, teamwork and resilience, overcoming ethical challenges and organizational barriers, and mentoring future leaders.
Keynote: Beth Brooke-Marciniak, Global Vice Chair for Public Policy, EY
Beth Brooke-Marciniak, herself a former athlete, leads EY’s initiative to mentor and support young women navigating transitions from athletics to leadership roles in business and society. Brooke-Marciniak has held a number of leadership roles at EY including US National Director of Tax Advisory Services and Global and Americas Vice Chair for Public Policy, Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement. She also serves on the Women’s Advisory Board of the World Economic Forum, Vital Voices, The Conference Board, and is also the Co-Chair of the International Council on Women’s Business Leadership.
