He also has extensive experience in building organizations, companies and programs to create lasting value that impacts people and their communities. He is a prominent presenter on capital development and major gift fundraising.

Nicole Matter is the assistant director of special projects in the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship. She identifies opportunities for new curricular, co-curricular and community programming, and provides the support and leadership to execute.

Before coming to the Schulze School, Matter worked with Roy Doumani in developing the Business of Science Center in the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. This work inspired her down the path of supporting innovators and creators, providing exposure to successful change makers and demonstrating the art of cultivating partnerships.
