Wednesday, September 12, 2007
The Health Care UST MBA program in the Opus College of Business will kick off its four-part workshop series with an interactive session on " 'Quality' Health Care: How Patients Really Define Quality in Their Health Care Providers." This free discussion will be held from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, in Schulze Auditorium, Schulze Hall, Minneapolis campus. Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.
Everyone is welcome to attend this session to discuss new research about how health care consumers determine "quality" in their care givers. Dr. Jean-Marc Choukroun, affiliated faculty of the University of Pennsylvania and Vice President of Strategy Services of the Omega Group, will share findings and discuss implications of a study designed to look at patient-doctor interactions and customer satisfaction in the health care environment.
Joe White, a principal in the health care practice of Larson Allen, will moderate this program that will include commentaries from Health Care UST MBA alumni and faculty.
