In the Star Tribune's weekly "Ask the Consultant" column, interpersonal trainer John Goldberg asks what steps he should take to create a succesful identity and set of branding materials. Dr. John Sailors, associate professor of marketing at the Opus College of Business, suggests first doing the background work of identifying your true target customers and then engaging the services of a branding professional.
