UST's Tousley praises downtown revitalization plan as "ambitious"

The Minneapolis Downtown Council has proposed a $2 billion public-private plan to revitalize the city's central business district over a span of 15 years. Finance & Commerce talked to several local experts for analysis, and UST Shenehon Center for Real Estate director Herb Tousley was among them.  "It’s an ambitious plan," he said, "and if they can do that it would make a big difference."
