President Obama should make the case for his health law, says UST's Durenberger

Former U.S. Senator David Durenberger, founder and current chair of the National Institute of Health Policy at the University of St. Thomas, argues in a Minnesota Public Radio News commentary that President Obama should aggressively make the case for his health care reform law.
Rather than wait for the coming Supreme Court ruling, Durenberger says, Obama should take the initiative and make a public case for the law both as a constitutional exercise of power and good national policy.
