Fall 2011 Commercial Real Estate Survey Shows Decline

The Opus College of Business' Shenehon Center for Real Estate released the Fall 2011 edition of its Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Survey this week. This installation - which aggregates data from 50 real estate industry developers, investors and financiers -  shows a decline for the first time in the history of the survey. As would be expected, this relatively pessimistic outlook is receiving wide coverage in Twin Cities media.
