Challenging the Case-Schiller Index Accuracy

In housing stories, most times the S&P Case-Schiller Index is referenced. In fact, the big reason Case-Shiller is cited in this market is because of the 20 markets they watch, Minneapolis has seen some of the worst drops.
In their latest report, only one market had a double-digit drop in one-year change percentage for home sales... Minneapolis at 11.7%. But, Herb Tousley, director of the Master of Science in Real Estate Program at the University of St. Thomas, says their calculations are misleading...
