More apartments pitched in downtown Minneapolis

After years of sluggish development activity, many developers are now chasing proposals for apartment projects in the North Loop area of downtown, home to the Target Field baseball stadium.

The latest concept comes from Edina-based TE Miller Development LLC, which is proposing a new six-story, 100-unit apartment building.

TE Miller Development is pitching 701 2nd Street Apartments at 701 N. Second St. The site is currently bank-owned and home to a small, vacant industrial building.
