The news about the Twin Cities housing market has been grim for several months. Each succeeding month has brought more news of weak sales numbers and declining values.

According to the Case-Shiller housing index, the Twin Cities housing market has been one of the worst performers in the nation for several months. Is this really true? What happened to our traditionally stable housing market? More important, what are our prospects for recovery?
