Survey says commercial real estate outlook improving

A survey of 50 Twin Cities commercial real estate professionals indicates that the overall mood is positive and better than it was a year ago.

The University of St. Thomas Wednesday released results from its twice-yearly Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Survey of developers, investors and finance professionals within the industry.
Survey respondents were asked to rank their "expectations and future markets for conditions between now and 2013," according to a blog post describing the results.
