UST's Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Survey Finds Optimism

A new survey (pdf) from the Shenehon Center for Real Estate at the Opus College of Business asked a pool of leaders from the commercial real estate market what they expect in the near future—and the respondees foresee gradual improvement.

Coverage appeared in the Star Tribune, Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal and Twin Cities Business. "Markets may continue to be slow in the coming days; however, participants can see the light at the end of the tunnel," said Herb Tousley, director of real estate programs at St. Thomas.
