St. Thomas Residential Real Estate Price Report Index shows 10.25% drop in median Twin Cities home price for 2011

KARE 11's coverage of the Shenehon Center's annual residential real estate survey is thorough, but less than upbeat. Last year was not a great one for Twin Cities home prices, with double-digit drop in median price and a large percentage of foreclosures and short sales weighing the market down.
