2012 will represent a "new normal" for Twin Cities real estate

The Opus College of Business' Shenehon Center held its 2012 real estate outlook event on January 11, and Finance & Commerce provides a detailed summary of the summit. The consensus was that this year's real estate landscape — with tight apartment vacancy, low demand for office space and a shuffle at the Mall of America — will be a departure from what those in the market have grown used to.
