Chris Puto, the Dean of the St. Thomas Opus College of Business, comments on Lois Quam's surprising move from her position as a top executive at health care giant UnitedHealth Group to take up a newly-created post at a company a fraction of the size - Minneapolis-based investment bank Piper Jaffray Cos.
