While many articles and publications written by our faculty are available online, representing the product of research, many projects require an online presence before or an addition to their formal publication. Moreover, faculty research projects often begin to reveal fascinating information while still in-process.
This study aims to determine how well-being outside of work – based on such factors as money problems, chronic headaches, family drama or lack of sleep – influences employee retention and performance.
