Sheneeta W. White received a Ph.D. degree in management science from Virginia Tech, an M.B.A. from North Carolina State University and a B.S. degree from Xavier University of Louisiana.

White’s research interests include planning and control of manufacturing and service operations, service supply chain management and sustainability. Her current research focuses on planning and scheduling of complex services operations. She has published her work in the European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR), the International Journal of Production Economics (IJPE) and International Journal of Information and Operations Management Education (IJIOME). She is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS), Decision Sciences Institute (DSI) and the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS). Before her academic career, she enjoyed a seven-year career with IBM Global Services in Raleigh, NC.

White’s teaching responsibilities are in the areas of operations management at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
