The Center for Business Excellence and the Shenehon Center for Real Estate, in cooperation with both the Minneapolis and St. Paul Associations of Building Owners and Managers offer these professional designation programs.
Real Property Administration (RPA®)
RPA® program participants have responsibilities in building management and operations, leasing and marketing space, and representing the building owner in working with various professional services including legal, architectural, and insurance companies. This program will make you a more valuable property manager, as well as make building and company operations more profitable. The program requires approximately two years of part-time study.

Facilities Management Administration (FMA®)
This program is designed for building and facilities managers working for companies that manufacture products or provide non-real-estate services as their primary business. Program participants augment work flow through space utilization and the administration of general services contracts. The program focuses on the interrelationships and integration of people, process, and place to ensure a working environment that supports productivity. The program requires approximately two years of part-time study.
