Graduate business students and alumni are invited to attend Master’s Pub with presenter Rick Kupchella, founder of BringMeTheNews.
BringMeTheNews.com is a statewide news service that features an online news aggregator and a radio network recognized as the top radio newscast in the state of Minnesota – in all of its first three years of operation.
Rick Kupchella, founder of BringMeTheNews, will discuss the company’s first three years, and his transition from Emmy Award-winning TV news anchor to entrepreneur.

About the Speaker
Before moving into the world of business, Rick Kupchella spent more than two decades as an Emmy Award-winning TV news anchor and investigative reporter in the Twin Cities. In the last three years, he has moved into the world of business, launching two independent startups in the Twin Cities. Kupchella has also served as president of the Minnesota chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, and has worked on campaigns to advance journalism at the state capital and supreme court.
