The Center for Ethical Business Cultures invites you to the final dialogue in our series of discussions on organizational culture, particularly the challenges of sustaining a commitment to ethical conduct.

The final session in our series of conversations about sustaining ethical culture brings together the diverse perspectives, experiences and ideas that all of our conversation participants have brought to the table. We will integrate the key dimensions in our series in an effort to articulate a cohesive strategy and practices that could be pursued to sustain organizational cultures guided by core ethical values. Share your insights about what have our conversations helped us learn, and what we can take back into our organizations. In this concluding session, we also will explore how ethical culture contributes to successful business performance.

Please join us for this conversation in developing a shared synthesis and practical insights.

These are invitation-only meetings for members of CEBC; they are not open to the public. For information on membership, see the Center for Ethical Business Cultures website.

The goal: Build practical applications that help bring the framework to life in ways that you can take back into your organization; and help all of us shape cohesive, purposeful strategies ensuring that ethical values inspire our organizations.

Format: Each discussion will begin promptly with breakfast at 8 a.m. followed by discussion until we adjourn at 9:30 a.m. Sessions will be facilitated by Ron James, president and CEO of the center; alternatively, we typically invite a member of the group or a guest to serve as a “conversation starter” for a particular session.

Registration fee: The one-time fee for the entire series is $200.
