The Center for Ethical Business Cultures invites you to the sixth in a series of seven discussions on organizational culture, particularly the challenges of sustaining a commitment to ethical conduct.

What isn’t measured isn’t managed. Ethical values are often an aspiration, but how do we assess how well our organizations are living up to that aspiration? With the goal of sustaining an ethical tone in the culture, how do we keep tabs on how well we are doing? What are the various measurement strategies and techniques that organizations deploy that shed light on the vitality of core ethical values? Are current methods – employee, customer or supplier surveys – up to the task? How are you benchmarking your performance against industry peers and competitors? Discussion of measurement, the sixth dimension of the CEBC model, invites you to share your approaches and touches on nationally available resources. Our agenda will focus on sharing participants’ approaches to this task as well as seeking innovative and best practice ideas. Please join us for this conversation.

These are invitation-only meetings; they are not open to the public. For information on membership, see the Center for Ethical Business Cultures website.
