New UST MBA Scholarships Available

For many years one priority at the Opus College of Business has been to help qualified, motivated students overcome barriers to enrollment in the Full-time UST MBA program. Our newly expanded scholarship options support this priority in 2008-2009 and beyond.

Dean's Scholarships are available for students who have exceptional academic records or who exhibit the potential to make an outstanding contribution to the Full-time UST MBA's dynamic learning environment.

Opus College of Business Diversity Scholarships are for graduate students who bring distinctive personal characteristics to the university or demonstrate resilience in overcoming significant obstacles or hardships.

Fulbright Scholarships are available for qualified Fulbright recipients applying to the Full-time UST MBA Program.

Graduate Assistantships are available for second-year students and provide roughly 10 hours per week of paid work on campus.

Professional Development Awards provide five students with financing up to $500 each to attend various conferences while enrolled in the UST MBA Program.

In addition to scholarships and other awards, the UST MBA program provides a travel scholarship designed to provide assistance for prospective candidates within the continental U.S. to visit Minneapolis and learn more about St. Thomas. While visiting, recipients sit in on classes, complete the admissions interview, and participate in one-on-one meetings with current students or professors. The travel scholarship provides partial or full reimbursement up to $500 for a candidate.
