Who Should Apply

The Full-time UST MBA program selects highly motivated individuals from a variety of backgrounds based upon their potential to become principled global business leaders. We therefore consider the entire application under the following criteria:

Academic Performance

Although we require an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in the United States or its equivalent and we do review past academic work, we welcome applicants with a variety of academic backgrounds and majors.

Work Experience

It is preferred for candidates to have at least two full years of full-time professional work experience before they begin their studies.  College seniors are encouraged to consider our guaranteed deferral option.

Intellectual Aptitude

We review the verbal, quantitative and analytical writing assessment on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) as one indication of your potential to succeed in the Full-time UST MBA program.

Leadership Potential

We review your application, letters of recommendation and essays for demonstrated abilities to perform as a principled leader who achieves results.
