Original transcripts are required from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended, sent directly from the institution.
If your institution offers electronic transcripts, please send them to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Paper transcripts must be submitted in sealed envelopes and signed by the appropriate university official. These can be sent to the mailing address listed at the bottom of this page.
Exception: transcripts for advanced placement courses and study abroad transfer credits are not required.
Official test score report
On the day you take the GMAT, before you begin the exam, you may select up to five GMAT programs to receive your Official Score Report. Select “University of Saint Thomas - Opus College of Business - MBA, Full Time” to send us a score report.
Requests to submit GRE scores in place of GMAT scores will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Two professional letters of recommendation
Letters can be submitted via email to email@example.com or by U.S. mail. In the online application, you will have the opportunity to send an email to your references offering them instructions on how to submit their letters. You can also download this PDF form to provide to them in person.
Application fee: $60
Use a credit card online, mail a check to our office, or attend an admissions information event to receive a fee waiver code.
The admissions committee will contact qualified applicants to schedule an admission interview once their application is complete. Applicants from outside the local area who plan to visit campus may schedule an on-campus interview prior to completing their application, if necessary. The admissions committee will schedule telephone interviews with applicants from outside the local area who are unable to visit campus. Applicants must have a complete application on file prior to the phone interview.

In September of each year, the Full-time UST MBA program begins accepting and reviewing applications for enrollment the following fall, based on the following schedule:
February 15—Priority deadline for scholarship consideration
April 15—Final deadline for scholarship consideration
Applications arriving after June 15 are welcome and will be considered as space remains available in the incoming class.
