Connecting the Classroom to the Community

"My experience with the St. Thomas Executive MBA program’s capstone course project has greatly enhanced and expanded my vision for. . .my company. The commitment and expertise of the Executive UST MBA student group that worked on my project was beyond anything I could have ever expected. Their findings have assisted me in redirecting my time and energy in a very effective way, and their recommendations have spurred the reorganization of our board of advisors.

Jim Hansen, one of the UST instructors, facilitated the transition of my board to ensure that we effectively implemented the student group’s recommendations. This has been one of the most rewarding experiences, both professionally and personally, since I started the company."
