The Opus College of Business recognizes the value of international experience on the journey to becoming a principled, exceptional business professional. We encourage our undergraduates to join the almost 800 University of St. Thomas students who study abroad each year.
A Wide Range of Exciting Options
We are confident there is a study abroad program to give you both an incredible experience and valuable insight you can put to use in your business career:
- Affiliated programs in over 40 countries, from Austria to Zimbabwe.
- Coursework conducted in the language of the host country, or in English.
- Housing options from dorms and home stays to apartments or flats.
- Community involvement via site visits and sometimes internships.
Special Options for Business Study
One of the most popular study abroad options for Undergraduate Business majors is the London Business Semester, a fall semester program for Business majors of junior or senior standing, led by two College of Business faculty. Over 400 students have studied in the program since it began in Fall 1995. Many students also complete their mandatory BUS 200 Community Service requirement while abroad.
