London Business Semester

Why be content to study international business from a distance? Enliven your studies in one of the most dynamic cities in the world. There is no better way to add an international perspective to your business degree than to study in the city that Benjamin Disraeli described as "A Nation, not a City."

You will enrich your studies with visits to sites such as the Bank of England, the Stock Exchange, Lloyds of London, the London International Financial Futures Exchange and international banks. Meet members of Parliament and explore the city where 50,000 students study and live. You will also have the opportunity to complete your community service requirement (BUSN 200 - 40 hours) while in London. LBS allows you stay on track with your four-year plan by allowing you to take up to three business classes in London, along with core requirements in History or Fine Arts (Art History).

In London you will discover the richness of the city's many cultures, taste foods of India as well as England, hear the languages of Africa and see Britain's great palaces. Stroll Trafalgar Square, see a play at the Globe Theatre and enjoy the world's masterpieces in the British Museum, Tate Gallery, and the Victoria and Albert Museum. You will also be able to experience different areas of England on the Friday Excursions like Bath, Stonehenge, and Oxford College.

Globalization has long been a part of London, and you have the chance to see it, live it, and study it. London's international culture and global economy is ready to welcome you!
