Ken Dayton, managing director for Oak Grove Capital, will discuss current trends in financing multi-family and health care real estate, two of the most active areas in commercial real estate. He will also share his outlook for commercial real estate finance and investment.
The Real Estate Executive Insights Series is presented by the Opus College of Business MSRE program. This series invites speakers from the real estate industry to provide valuable information and discussion about hot topics and current trends. This program is free and open to the public.

Ken Dayton
Ken Dayton is Oak Grove Capital's managing director for St. Paul. Dayton has been involved in the evaluation and capitalization of market rate, affordable housing and seniors' housing for more than 25 years, and has originated over $2.5 billion in loans throughout the midwest. Oak Grove Capital is a national mortgage lender specializing in affordable housing, market rate multi-family housing, seniors' housing and health care, serving clients who are owners, operators and developers within these sectors.
Prior to joining Oak Grove, Dayton was a vice president at MMA Financial, vice president at Glaser Financial Group, chief underwriter at Glaser Financial Group and a partner at a commercial appraisal firm.
Dayton received a bachelor of science in real estate from St. Cloud State University.
