Current market conditions have created extra challenges for appraisal and valuation of commercial property. Rob Lunz, principal at Nicollet Partners, will discuss how appraisers are adapting to the difficulty in finding comparison sales in an environment with small numbers of sales and decreasing sale prices.
The Real Estate Executive Insights Series is presented by the Opus College of Business MSRE program. This series invites speakers from the real estate industry to provide valuable information and discussion about hot topics and current trends. This program is free and open to the public.

Presenter Biography
Rob Lunz, CRE, MAI
Rob Lunz, CRE, MAI, is a principal with Nicollet Partners. Established in 2001, Nicollet Partners is a real estate appraisal, brokerage and consulting firm. Lunz currently serves as a board member for the Bloomington Port Authority. Throughout his career, Lunz has held several positions with the local and national chapters of the Appraisal Institute.
Lunz graduated from Gustavus Adolphus in 1970 with a B.A. in economics. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and the Counselors of Real Estate.
