Mark Westra of Faybanski, Westra, Hart & Thompson is a senior partner and real estate attorney with many years of experience working with all types of commercial real estate transactions. Westra will discuss current issues in real estate law and the challenges as they apply to commercial real estate.
The Real Estate Executive Insights Series is presented by the Opus College of Business MSRE program. This series invites speakers from the real estate industry to provide valuable information and discussion about hot topics and current trends. This is a free program and is open to the public.

Mark Westra
Mark Westra is a founding member and senior partner of Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A., a Minneapolis law firm specializing in construction law, real estate development and finance. Westra represents lenders, developers and entrepreneurs in real estate development and lending transactions. This includes representing borrowers and lenders in new loan transactions, but also in foreclosures, workouts and bankruptcy transactions.
Mark Westra is a graduate of Macalester College and University of California, Hastings College of Law.
