Opus College of Business

Master of Science Degree in Real Estate

Real estate plays a significant role in our economy and real estate decision making is rapidly becoming more challenging to effectively execute.

The University of St. Thomas is the only university in the Twin Cities offering programs in real estate including a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate, a Master of Science (MS) Degree in Real Estate, and professional development programs developed by the Shenehon Center for Real Estate and offered by the Center for Business Excellence.

The Master of Science Degree in Real Estate provides students with a comprehensive understanding of real estate financial and quantitative decision making processes, and advanced issues in valuation and land economics, knowledge of critical legal issues, and techniques for market and feasibility studies and real estate investment analysis.
